Today we share an invitation from the Happy Teacher Research Team at the University of Oklahoma to all fulltime teachers of children birth to five, to contribute to a research project on teacher well-being and working conditions:
Greetings ECE Leaders!
We are the Happy Teacher Research Team at the University of Oklahoma and we are conducting a research study to better understand and to improve early childhood teachers’ working conditions and well-being [OU-NC IRB # 14593]. This project is funded by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Eligibility: Any early childhood teacher who works full time in a classroom with children ages 0 through 5 (including pre-K and kindergarten teachers) in one of the following settings: child care center, preschool, Head Start program, public school, private school. We ask questions about your well-being, working conditions, and work. The survey will take about 30 minutes of your time. After you complete the survey, you will have the opportunity to enter a drawing for a $50 Amazon gift card.
