Dear Exchange Community,
If you’re like me, you could use something to look forward to right now. I’m excited about a virtual event coming April 5 – 16, 2021: World Forum World Tour!
This is a great way to support yourself, your staff, or your college students. (Be sure to note the early bird discount, and great group rates available.)

Here are a few highlights:
Travel around the world in 12 days! April 5 – 16, 2021 and pop in when it’s convenient for you.
Be inspired by early childhood professionals in Lebanon, India, Fiji, South Africa, Mexico, Kenya, Scotland, Nepal, Colombia, and Roma communities in Europe!
Expand your perspectives through virtual visits to early childhood classrooms, children’s homes, nature settings, indigenous communities, inclusion programs, refugee camps, and national landmarks.
Make new friends. Engage in zoom conversations and online discussions with tour participants from around the world.
Strengthen your resume. You will have the opportunity (at no extra charge) to earn up to 20 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units.

Save by registering before January 29 and take advantage of the discounted early bird rate.
Another way I’ve been lifting my spirits is by reading some of the supportive articles in Exchange Essentials article collections. One of my favorites lately is the “Dealing with Difficult People” collection. Let me say first that with all the stress we are facing these days, we can ALL be difficult at times. I know I sure am. These articles have been good reminders to me to take a breath and find my kinder self.
Here’s wishing us all a kind week ahead. And, as always, thank you for all you do!
