EVALUATION
The homepage of MSN recently had this intriguing headline: "signs of a
bad preschool". Curious what Microsoft would consider a "bad"
preschool, we followed this header and it took us to BabyCenter.com,

signs:
* A so-so rating from parents
* Loose rules and poor organization
* Lack of age-appropriate curriculum
* An underqualified, undercompensated staff
* Dirty, unsafe facilities
* An expired license
