We often get questions about ExchangeEveryDay. Below are answers to the most common ones.
Do you agree with all the views expressed in ExchangeEveryDay stories?
ExchangeEveryDay is designed to be provocative, to stimulate people's thinking. We do not agree with all the ideas we post, and I am sure that our readers do not agree with all the points either. But we do hope that these items provoke some healthy thinking and dialogue. Click "Comment on this article" at the bottom of each ExchangeEveryDay to share your thoughts.
Where do you find the ideas for ExchangeEveryDay?
We search far and wide for ideas that may interest our readers — from books on child development to articles in the Wall Street Journal, from news items shared by our readers to ideas pulled from our own publications. When you run across a story or an opinion that you think would interest your peers, send it along to [email protected]. Since I have a desk drawer full of pending ideas, I can't guarantee I will use it, but if I do, I will give you credit.

There are several reasons you may not be receiving ExchangeEveryDay. The most common is a SPAM filter. We suggest you add [email protected] as a safe sender in your email client. You can also consult EED FAQs on our website for additional solutions.

As an adjunct instructor at community college I appreciate the ideas and research from many fields in Exchange every day. I often use the ideas as springboards for discussion in my classes. It amazes me how we can be discussing a topic one day in class and then soon after Exchange will provide some new ideas about that topic! Thank you.

I love receiving Exchange Everyday. It provides me with some food for thought, things to email on to others or just something to stimulate my day. Keep them coming.

I really enjoy the items you post on ExchangeEveryDay. I like the variety, the different sources, and the controversial issues you are willing to address. I especially like the fact that you provide information outside of the early childhood field. Its very easy to get tunnel-vision and only focus on our own discipline. Finally, as a part-time teacher who does not have time to keep up with all the new research, I find this very helpful!
