Action is underway to identify and make visible emerging leaders in our field!
Exchange magazine is doing a special feature on the next generation of leaders targeted for our May/June 2015 issue, and we are beginning the search for these amazing people. One leader will be featured on the Exchange cover and in the cover story. Several others will also be pictured and their stories told in the cover feature. And all leaders who complete the application process and are selected will be included in the online version of the article.
Applications will be evaluated by Exchange’s Current Leaders Review Team including: Kay Albrecht, Holly Elissa Bruno, Barbara Bowman, Paula Jorde Bloom, Bettye Caldwell, Margie Carter, Judy Collins, Louise Derman-Sparks, David Elkind, Ellen Gannett, Luis Hernandez, Alice Honig, Betty Jones, Lilian Katz, Ron Lally, M.A. Lucas, Yvette Sanchez Fuentes, Billie Young, and Yasmina Vinci.

Amen! to Eddie's post! In this field, people emerge as leaders in different times of their lives. EC is filled with women (and men) who had children and developed their careers in a much different pace than other fields.
