I just read the entire article and am shaking my head in disbelief. Obviously I live in a different universe. After spending an entire morning combing through our center's new budget to find the funds to hire an additional staff person to allow time for teacher mentoring, I am just surprised to realize that people can pay more for parking spots than our entire budget for a year. And we are a safe place for people to place their children, not their car. Wow
