I firmly agree to what Betty has written, because, I've been an EC educator for last 21 years & everytime , every moment I experience that I as their teacher, am doing great significant changes in their lives for what their parents say are developments. Since I'm involved in educational activities through a NGO, people always ask me as to why I did not take a bachelors degree in high school education. I tell them that, "everyone would like to be the top of the temple, who will be the stepping stone?"

This article is soooo true. I teach college students and in the class session they voice this very idea often. I'm so glad they "get it" early in their careers!
I also want to thank Bonnie and Roger for pointing us to the Pages, Inc. I'm so pleased to have both Exchange and Pages, Inc. as valuable resources I can trust every day!
