Planning for the 2007 World Forum in Kuala Lumpur will be the same. So let's really apply ourselves to this task. Everyone, please take a few minutes to get involved. The program will develop based on your contributions, suggestions, feedback, and interests. And it will depend on your offers of guidance and leadership.
Consider the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and Millennium Developmental Goals 2015 when you share your ideas for topics and presentations. Be specific (and generous) about what you are willing to share and in what ways you are willing to help.

My name is Gary W. Rowe. I would like to introduce myself and the company that I represent. ChildCareScreeners.com develops, distributes, and provides personality tests designed specifically for use in the areas of teaching, psychology, and early childhood education. We provide these services to child care centers and facilities, nannies and nanny agencies, and parents hiring nannies in home settings. Use of the Traynor-Resko ChildCare Assessment (TRCA) can assist in identifying job-related personality characteristics of teachers and their students. The testing program takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and results provide important behavioral characteristics such as sociability, likeability, nurturing style, child safety concerns, antisocial behaviors, integrity issues, anger management, etc.
By introducing personality testing, we can aid in the pre-screening process in all fields, as well as introducing schools to use of inventories that students will use in future work settings. We also are developing normative data for specific occupations and job types.
Since our company is the sole developer and distributor of these inventories, we have the ability to customize individual tests and scales so that they meet the specific needs of our clients (with supportive item analysis and reliability data provided at no additional cost.) We also can create individual groups of normative data that provide clients with customized sets of norms.
