Whether you love watching children at play or value the importance of play in children's lives - or both - the International Play Association (IPA) invites you to "enjoy IPA’s video on [the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child] Article 31 and the Child’s Right to Play. We will have this translated into 15 languages and will be adding the different versions slowly over the next several months.
