Idea Exchange: Who or What Inspires You?

As we begin the new year, I invite us all to reflect on key influences in our field. We're curious to know who and what has shaped your practice, including those longstanding people, perspectives, and experiences that remain foundational, powerful, and inspiring over time, as well as newer influences that have led you to rethink what you do and how you do it. My hope is to both honor our heritage and open ourselves to a broader range of voices.
