Exchange Leadership Initiative: A Call for Applications

Do you know someone who has impacted the world of early care and education? Maybe that someone is you! Exchange Press identifies and supports leaders in all facets of our field through the Exchange Leadership Initiative (ELI). We are looking for applicants for the 2023 cohort of Exchange Leaders:

• Let’s empower those we see lead, encouraging them to acknowledge their impact as changemakers, mentors, and role models.
• Let’s intentionally consider diversity and equity, inviting our colleagues who may have been marginalized due to systemic inequities.
• Let’s reach out to leaders who may not yet recognize this call to action is for them.
