"Thankful" doesn’t begin to express the admiration we at Exchange Press feel for everyone in the field of early care and education. At a time of great upheaval in our world, you have been a source of stability for children, even when you may have felt off balance yourself. You have focused on joy, while also letting yourself cry healthy tears when needed. You have been kind, even when others were not. You are heroes to us.
