Your Thoughts Matter – Please Share Them With Us

Dear Exchange Community,

I was driving to work today and in someone’s yard I saw a homemade sign that said: “After rain comes sunshine. Don’t give up, friends. Better days are ahead.” I was touched that someone took the time to provide some encouragement to people they didn’t know. That’s how I’ve felt about our Exchange Community this past year. So many of you have provided encouragement to others in the field, whether you knew them or not. I do feel like we’ve weathered much of the storm. Even though I know there are challenges remaining, I do see the sun starting to peek out from under the clouds.

We have very much appreciated your help in guiding us to create resources and support in ways that have meant the most over this past year. Now that we are moving into a new phase, we again would love to hear your thoughts. What are we doing that is helping? What else do you need? If you haven’t already done so, please take our survey.
