The 2019 World Forum on Early Care and Education will take place April 8 – 11, 2019 in Macao, China. A UNESCO World Heritage site, Macao is known as the place where “east meets west.” The Portuguese arrived and settled in Macao in the mid-16th Century. Thus, the city’s architecture, art, religion, traditions, food and community reflect the integration of Chinese, Western and Portuguese cultures.

At the 2019 World Forum over 800 delegates from 75 countries will gather to discuss critical issues impacting the lives of children around the world; to dance, sing, dine and explore; and most importantly to develop lasting friendships.
