A prime mission of Exchange is to make sure that those caring for young children are well trained, highly motivated, and skillfully managed. We are currently working with Dan Huber of VideoActive Productions to develop training DVDs on a wide range of hot topics ranging from child assessment to child obesity. These DVDs are based on authentic video clips from classrooms and family child care homes and interviews with top experts in our field.

To make sure these DVDs meet your training needs, we invite you to view one, two, or three short video clips from DVDs in the works on child assessment, infant care, and staff morale. Each clip lasts about 8 to 10 minutes. After viewing the clips you will be asked to briefly share your reactions and given the option of signing up for a drawing for free copies of the DVDs when they are ready to go.
