Ingrid Jones, a member of the World Forum Foundation's International Working Group on Peace Building with Young Children, shared with us when she returned to Albania from the 2009 World Forum, a YouTube video of Declan Galbraith from the UK singing the song, "Tell Me Why" when he was ten years old. Many viewers of the video were taken by the boy's singing voice, but we share this, advisedly, because the haunting messages and images of the video give us a dramatic reminder that not all children have the opportunity for normal childhoods.
