On the Exchange web site we are currently conducting an Exchange Insta-Poll on early childhood wages in North America. In comparing results to date with the results of the same survey we conducted by Exchange in April 2004, it appears that wages are rising ... but very slowly. directors of single centers = 10.6%
lead teachers = 8.1%
teacher aides = 8.5%
