How to download the Exchange APP on Kindle Fire devices.
- Go to APPS at the top menu of your Kindle
- Select Store (top right shopping cart icon)
- Search for “Exchange Magazine”
- Find the APP with the big orange “E”
- Select FREE / GET APP / INSTALLING / OPEN
- Tap orange "E" in top left corner to get to the menu
- Select "My Account" from the menu. You might have to wait a moment for the “My Account” page to display.
- Login with your Exchange email address (the email account that we have associated with your magazine subscription purchase).
- If you do not remember your account password, reset it here.
- If you are not currently a registered user on the Exchange website, you must first create an account to be able to access Exchange Live.
- Go to our LOG IN PAGE to create an account.
- Follow the instructions provided for "Are You a New Online Customer?"
- If you have any problems logging into your account, call or email customer service at (425) 883-9394, ext. 2015 or [email protected]
- IF you are not currently on a login page – Select the orange “E” in the top left and select “My Account” from the menu. You might have to wait a moment for the “My Account” page to display.
- Download the issue. The issue may take several minutes to download depending on your connection speed.
- Tap the “Help” cover for a brief orientation on the features of Exchange Live.
- Tap the cover to open the issue.
