How to download the Exchange APP on Apple devices.
- Using your Apple iPhone or iPad, go to the APP Store
- Search for “Exchange Magazine”
- Find the Exchange Magazine APP with the big orange “E”
- Select Get / Install / Open
Once the APP is open you are looking for the Exchange Issues that have a Orange Square "E" in the bottom left corner. If there are no issues with the "E" then you need to LOG IN.
- If you do not see a login window then go to “My Account” at the bottom to access your issue. You might have to wait a moment for the “My Account” page to display.
- Login with your Exchange email address (the email account that we have associated with your magazine subscription purchase)
- If you do not remember your account password, reset it here.
- If you are not currently a registered user on the Exchange website, you must first create an account to be able to access Exchange Live.
- Go to our LOG IN PAGE to create an account.
- Follow the instructions provided for "Are You a New Online Customer?"
- If you have any problems logging into your account, call or email customer service at (425) 883-9394, ext. 2015 or [email protected]
- Download the issue. The issue may take several minutes to download depending on your connection speed.
- Tap the "Help" cover for a brief orientation on the features of Exchange Live.
- Tap the cover to open the issue.
