High spirited interactions and powerful learning opportunities engaged 630 early childhood administrators, trainers, caregivers, public officials, and advocates from 76 countries during 2009 World Forum in Belfast. Ideas were exchanged about impacting the quality of services for young children in diverse settings around the world. Ten years of building the work of the World Forum were celebrated, and the future of this work was set in motion.
