Over the years, I have had the pleasure of working in human resources as a trainer, and for the past 14 years as a center director. Interviewing and hiring teachers has been one of the most important pieces of this job, which has led to either lots of pride, joy, and ease with the new teacher or lots of stress for the children, the other teachers, and me.
