Your supervisor has sent out an agenda a few days in advance that starts with a brainstorming exercise and includes small group break-out ­sessions to discuss various aspects of an upcoming school-wide program and time to address issues collected from all staff members that were submitted before the schedule was ­created. You note the time and place of the meeting �" after all, these change consistently to keep things interesting �" and are pleased to see you’ll be meeting in the outside staff courtyard the hour before the children arrive. What a great way to ring in the day!
