The Seeds of Leadership
Leadership is not always or necessarily something we do, but rather it continues to be an ongoing part of who we are inside and how we act upon this part of ourselves. I remember the day when I came to this conclusion. Members of the Board of Regents were coming to hear presentations about programs and research foci in the college.
