Exchange: What do you see as the one or two most serious challenges facing your
organization?
Davis: One of the biggest challenges facing our industry is the need for highly trained staff. As we strive to meet new and higher standards, it is crucial to cultivate a qualified work force. We hope to see the U.S. invest in an infrastructure that supports and rewards staff as other developed countries have done.
